At Pau Hana Pours we create bespoke cocktails, using the ripest, local ingredients. Enjoy delicious handcrafted libations, stress-free planning, along with open communication in the months leading up to your event. Along with add-ons and a full staff, we have a package for everyone. OUR STORY
Founded in 2020 Pau Hana Pours is Woman-owned and operated here in the beautiful island of Kaua'i. Mercedes has worked in bars for over 10 years. Serving up passion and smiles together Mercedes and her expert team have over 40 + years of experience in helping people enjoy themselves while offering drinks they will undoubtedly Instagram.

RESUME
Pau Hana Pours has had the pleasure of working at many amazing venues on the beautiful island of Kaua'i. Like Na 'Aina Kai Botanical Gardens, National Tropical Botanical Garden, Waimea Plantation Cottages, and more. We have been featured on Wedding Chicks twice. And we have had the honor of curating cocktails for Kinatro Restaurant Kaua'i.

Contact us to view our libation menu. Don't see something you like? No worries! We will work with you and create libations to suit your needs.
BIG RED
Retired Coca-Cola trailer & Kaua’i’s first! She is a true vintage gem, this rolling bar we lovingly refer to as Big Red, can be dolled up in local foliage or creative lighting, depending on your style & event. Just as the satellite bar, Big Red can be casual or chic. A nod to the current food truck trend, in day or night, with flowers or light you will be hip and happy with our impeccable service, smiling faces on your guests, and no worries of your own.

RUSTIC FEELS
This classic, stand-alone bar is suitable for smaller parties or can even accommodate a larger event. Made from wood pallets, this bar, while handsome, brings a rustic feel, yet if required is well crafted and suitable for high-class events. In short, it is like Chanel- it never goes out of style.
LOCAL AND ORGANIC
Pau Hana Pours will always strive to use in-season locally sourced, organic, fruits, herbs, and juices unless you prefer another option. Your satisfaction is of our utmost importance.

Pau Hana Pours does not sell or supply any alcohol for any events. The Hawaii liquor law prohibits Pau Hana Pours from doing so.

WE ID
All guests at any event must be 21 or older to consume any alcohol. The state of Hawaii law prohibits the distribution of any and all alcohol to minors.

To secure your date Pau Hana Pours asks for a 50% non-refundable retainer fee at the time that your event is booked.

Pau Hana Pours strives to get back to every client within 48 hours. Once we receive your email we will send our questionnaire. Please return as soon as possible so we can create an estimation proposal with the right package to best suit your needs for your upcoming event.

WE RECYCLE
Included in the price of both packages Pau Hana Pours will provide biodegradable cups & straws if preferred. We can provide bins for recycling and we are happy to take any glass, plastic, cans, and cardboard to be recycled! Pau Hana Pours does have glassware options available to rent. We also offer a trash removal service.
